We offer volume-based pricing packages.

Starter Package 5 Appointments: $750 ($150 per appointment)

Booster Package 10 Appointments: $1,500 ($150 per appointment)

Accelerator Package 15 Appointments: $2,250 ($150 per appointment)

Pipeline Builder Package: 20 Appointments: $3,000 ($150 per appointment)

We treat your time as your most valuable asset. To ensure every meeting happens exactly as planned, we rely on a strict, tech-driven process:

• Seamless Scheduling: We use a proprietary booking portal that automatically syncs calendars and adjusts for time zones, guaranteeing no double-bookings or scheduling conflicts.

• Instant Video Integration: Every booked meeting automatically generates a secure, dedicated Zoom link hosted on our premium servers, ensuring crystal-clear, reliable connections without technical hiccups.

• Automated Reminders: To eliminate no-shows, our system automatically sends timed reminders to the prospect prior to the meeting, keeping your business top-of-mind.

Every new partnership starts with a quick, no-obligation assessment to ensure we are the right fit to help you grow.

• Simple Questions: We only ask for basic details about your brand, sales, and current marketing efforts.

• 100% Private: We never collect sensitive data, share your information, or add you to marketing lists.

Due to the customized nature of our work and the time invested in your success, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on appointment-setting services or business coaching.

However, we do offer flexibility for our coaching clients:

• Free Rescheduling: You can reschedule any business coaching session completely free of charge, provided you give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule inside of that 24-hour window, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

• 90-Day Window: All coaching sessions must be booked and used within 90 days of your original purchase.

We guarantee that our team rigorously vets and assesses every prospect to ensure they fit the exact profile of the decision-maker you want to connect with. However, we cannot guarantee that an appointment will result in a signed contract or new business.

To keep expectations clear, here is a breakdown of our mutual responsibilities:

• Our Role: We are responsible for finding the prospect, qualifying them, and booking the meeting.

• Limitations: We are not responsible for prospect no-shows, late cancellations, or last-minute rescheduling on the prospect's end.

• Your Role: Once the appointment is delivered, our job is done. It is entirely your responsibility to attend the meeting, secure the opportunity to bid, present your proposal, and close the deal. All sales activities following the introduction are handled by you, not the Gatekeepers Group.
