Welcome to Gatekeepers Group. By accessing or using our website (https://www.gatekeepersgroup.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, whether you are browsing the website, signing up for coaching programs, or purchasing appointment setting packages, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Services Provided

Gatekeepers Group provides business development solutions, including but not limited to:

Appointment setting for commercial cleaning companies
Business coaching for commercial cleaning companies

All services are subject to client eligibility.

Client Eligibility and Qualification

To be eligible to access or purchase any services offered by Gatekeepers Group, the individual or entity must:

Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
Operate a legally registered business entity in good standing.

Furthermore, all prospective clients are required to complete a free, no-obligation business assessment as a mandatory step in our client intake process. Completion of this assessment is a prerequisite for purchasing any and all services provided by Gatekeepers Group, including but not limited to appointment setting packages, coaching programs, and business coaching services.

Each assessment submission will be reviewed on an individual basis. Gatekeepers Group reserves the sole right to determine, at its discretion, whether a prospective client meets the criteria to engage our services. Written notice of approval or denial will be provided to the applicant within 5 (five) business days following submission of the assessment.

Only qualifying applicants can purchase any of our appointments setting packages.

Non-Rollover Policy

Non-Rollover Policy: Any appointments included in your package or plan must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase.

Payments and Billing

All services are billed in U.S. dollars. Payment terms may vary based on the service package selected and are disclosed at the time of purchase. Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or termination.

We accept major credit/debit cards and may offer payment plans or subscriptions. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Party Responsibilities

We guarantee that our team rigorously vets and assesses every prospect to ensure they fit the exact profile of the decision-maker you want to connect with. However, we cannot guarantee that an appointment will result in a signed contract or new business.

To keep expectations clear, here is a breakdown of our mutual responsibilities:

Our Role: We are responsible for finding the prospect, qualifying them, and booking the meeting.
Limitations: We are not responsible for prospect no-shows, late cancellations, or last-minute rescheduling on the prospect's end.
Your Role: Once the appointment is delivered, our job is done. It is entirely your responsibility to attend the meeting, secure the opportunity to bid, present your proposal, and close the deal. All sales activities following the introduction are handled by you, not the Gatekeepers Group.

Refund Policy

At Gatekeepers Group, we value your time and strive to provide high-quality business coaching and appointment setting services. To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all business coaching and appointment setting services:

Money-Back Policy: Due to the customized nature of our work and the time invested in your success, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on appointment-setting services or business coaching.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule any business coaching session completely free of charge, provided you give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule inside of 24-hours, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
90-Day Window: All coaching sessions must be used within 90 days of your original purchase date.

Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, videos, documents, and systems provided by Gatekeepers Group are the intellectual property of Gatekeepers Group and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without written consent.

Appointments Disclaimer

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for any client who violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or misrepresents their business.

To ensure everyone is aligned, here is the official definition of what counts as a valid appointment in our sales process:

Qualified Person: The meeting must be scheduled with a decision-maker, an influencer, or an information gatherer.
Creating Opportunity: The prospect does not need to be actively looking for a cleaning service. The goal of our cold calling is to build new opportunities where they did not previously exist.
Sales Pipeline Stage: These meetings are specifically classified as an Initial Discovery Meeting or a Prospecting Appointment.

Limitation of Liability

Gatekeepers Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or contract awards. Clients are responsible for the implementation of strategies and business decisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for any client who violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or misrepresents their business.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Coaching Disclaimer

We are business coaches, not licensed therapists or mental health professionals. Our services focus on business strategy, performance, and professional growth. We do not provide therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you need mental health support, please seek help from a qualified professional.

No Guarantee of Results

Business coaching is intended to provide guidance, education, accountability, and strategic support. While every effort is made to help clients improve their business and achieve their goals, no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, are made regarding any specific results, income, revenue, profits, business growth, or other outcomes.

Success depends on many factors beyond the coach's control, including but not limited to the client's effort, commitment, experience, skills, market conditions, financial resources, and implementation of recommendations.

The client acknowledges that all business decisions are their sole responsibility. Any actions taken based on coaching sessions, materials, or recommendations are made at the client's own discretion and risk.

Coaching services are educational and consultative in nature and are not legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, insurance, or mental health advice. Clients should seek advice from appropriately licensed professionals when necessary.

By participating in coaching services, the client acknowledges that they understand and accept this disclaimer and agree that the coach and their company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of coaching services or the implementation of any recommendations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Ada County and Idaho].
